Our Attorneys
Our attorneys are Keith J. Keogh and Ainat Margalit.
Attorney Keith J. Keogh is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and is licensed to practice before all state and local courts in Illinois. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Attorney Keogh is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the National Consumer Law Center.
Ainat Margalit joined the firm in November 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Margalit worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Appeals Division of the Office of the Attorney General.
While representing a wide variety of State agencies, Ms. Margalit wrote nearly thirty appellate briefs on diverse issues such as the ADA, labor relations, employment discrimination, tax law, civil procedure, criminal procedure, civil rights, sovereign immunity, FOIA, mandamus and administrative law.
