We have filed a class action lawsuit against Grant's regarding its failure to provide the promised rebates. A copy of the complaint is attached below. Grant's will have 30 days from service to answer or otherwise plead to the complaint. It is customary for the court to grant an extension so we don't expect much to happen for at least 60 days.
We are interested in reviewing any claims you may have against Grant's and other retailers.
Please contact us if you have any information or claims regarding these practices.
